Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there are any defects with the framed print, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. However, our quality guarantee does not cover dissatisfaction based on personal preferences. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
Any complaints or claims must be reported within ten days of receiving the goods.

We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement as quickly as possible.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
